Pecos Valley Production Aims To Break Stigma Around Medical Cannabis

With 15 locations in the southwest of the US, Pecos Valley Production is growing fast. It has more than 200 employees working for them. The owner and directors of the company have been donating and giving back to the community from their earnings through various foundations like Presbyterian Pediatric Oncology, Make-a-Wish New Mexico, Veterans Organizations, Anita Salas Foundation, Department of Health and Vitalant.

Pecos Valley Production aims to expand their community outreach to more organisations and reach more people. If anyone wants to work with them they can simply drop a message to them through their website, email id or any social media outlet and they respond to each interested person.

The employees of Pecos Valley Production are involved creatively in creating content for the company too. They have a company account on TikTok. They circulate their company phone to different store locations to let the employees make content for the account. Every employee has the opportunity to be completely involved in the creative process of creating the business. They can connect directly with the patients on a personal level.

The employees are working towards breaking the stigma associated with medical cannabis. They are sharing with the patients how it is a perfectly healthy and natural solution for their problems which the pharmaceuticals lack. The company with its employees is creating a safe and comfortable place for the patients.

Their dispensaries create a safe place for the patients and give them ways to heal naturally. Their employees are educated to provide the best customer service to the patients. The company understands that the stigma around medical cannabis can only be broken when education is made the main priority. The future employees of PVP need to understand they need to care for the patients and provide them with a place of healing.
