NASA scores breakthrough post alien DNA discovery with 8 nucleotides

In a recent breakthrough, the scientists at NASA have managed to synthesize the DNA of a potential alien form that will surely revolutionize the way we understand the beings beyond our planet along with its potential for existing in the outer space.

DNA or Deoxyribonucleic Acid houses the genetic coding or instructions for living beings known by mankind. Scientists working for NASA created this DNA in a hope to get as close as possible to a workable model for alien DNA. This new molecular variant shall allow the scientists looking for an alien life form to recalibrate the exact thing they have been looking for so long and its precise location.

DNA is one complex molecule shaped like a double-helix that stores and transmits genetic information making us who we actually are. This particular genetic data is eventually passed down from one generation to another among the living beings on Earth which allows life as a whole to continue.

DNA is formed with 4 various ingredients termed nucleotides. However, these combinations of nucleotides could vary massively elsewhere, especially in space locations that are beyond our reach. Now, for this new alien variant DNA, the scientists opted for a DNA structure comprised of 8 ingredients rather than four.
