Living a healthy life is dependent on finding the food and exercise that you enjoy. If you do not enjoy a bowl of soup but drink it just because ‘that’s what you do to be healthy’, then you are definitely creating negative energy around the food and as it is not to your liking you are not going to continue the habit for too long.

One needs to enjoy the food he or she is eating. It should fill one with health and positivity so always opt for food of your liking. Eat right foods to lead a long and healthy life but make sure you pick the options you like and can continue eating for longevity all your life. A diet filled with the fruits and veggies you love, with whole grains of your choice, some dairy products be it yogurt, cheese, nuts, beans, fish will make sure the heart and other organs function properly. Ensure you get good fats from fish, flax seeds, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil so that the heart specially pumps well and has no blockages.

Make a diet plan that is packed with food you love that will ensure you get no lifestyle or auto immune diseases so that you love aa long and healthy life.
