Providenciales has the best beach – Grace Bay Beach which is voted every year as one of the world’s best beaches. Walter Alexander Jones recommends travelers visit this island if they want an amazing beach getaway with fewer crowds, clear waters, and breathtaking views that are second to none. He quoted “For me travel is a form of self care. I get to relax and clear my mind from anything while traveling. It’s a blessing to be able to experience different parts of the world and have a beautiful person on your side while creating lifetime memories.”
Walter recommends visitors wear masks at all times when near people who are not in their travel group. It is a great way to ensure that you travel safely. Even though the island has allowed travel, the virus is still around, so take precautions. Other than wearing masks, wash your hands regularly and sanitize them whenever you can. Regularly cleaning is necessary. Thirdly, maintain distance from people. Social distancing is mandatory even when traveling.
Be aware of your surroundings, and try avoiding crowded places. If you are in crowded places, wear a mask and make minimal contact with people. The fifth tip Walter shares is to go local. Avoid the touristy destinations and try interacting and meeting with local people. He quoted, “Be more of a traveler, less of a tourist.” He highly recommends that everyone meet the locals because they will be your best tour guide when it comes to places of interest, water sports, food, and nightlife options.
