3 Business Growth Tips for Small Businessmen to Succeed

Let me bring this outright from the start… No one wants to accomplish a fraction of a fraction.

It’s in our DNA to leave a legacy, which is why our subconscious mind disturbs us when we are not aligned with our goals and our potential.

When you understand the 1%’er formula, you’ll finally break through and scale your business like the 1%er’s.

Here are three things I do to systemize and scale my team and company:

Write Down Your Time Zaps

It may sound simple, but we all waste so many hours per day doing tasks that take us away from growing the brand and business. We then become so busy and burnout we cap ourselves and our growth.

For one whole week, write down everything you do on a notepad, google sheets, or whatever tool you want. You will be shocked, and it will look crystal clear. Next to each activity, ask yourself, “Is there anyone else in the world who could do this better than I or I could train to do?” – Answer yes or no next to each question.

Record Once and Delegate Forever

I paid into a $40,000 coaching program from someone who had earned millions but had no structure, loyalty, and systems. It’s impossible to scale a company fast while remaining healthy if you don’t have this in place. It’s like building a Jenga tower on a one-legged stool.

Record Once and Delegate Forever. This process lets you scale your business. In my company, I record everything I do once then delegate forever.

50% Fewer Sales Conversations, 100% + More Sales

Confused? Good. Most businesses waste time speaking to people who are not ready to buy right now. If you want to scale your business wisely… streamline your sales process.

Only speak to people who have already told you they want you, have the money, and are in pain. I do this through a hyper-qualified application-only sales system, have a text conversation if they are a good fit, and then get them on a 10-minute enrollment call rather than a 45-minute sales call.

Remember this. Your day starts with the customer, and It ends with the customer. Anything you do other than think about serving your customers is nothing but fluff because the driving force behind scaling any business is Sales.

So there you have it how to Systemise and Scale your Business like a 1%’er.
