East Midlands’ Conveyancers Move to New Office Due to Expansion

Fletcher Longstaff, conveyancing specialist firm in Lincoln, has shifted to a new office as the firm has witnessed huge growth and hence decided to expand. In the last four years, this is the fourth time Fletcher Longstaff has moved to a new place. The team comprises of 10 members and it would move to its office at Burton Waters.

Adam Cheal, the managing director of the East Midlands’ Conveyancer firm has expressed his excitement to move to a new location. And he said that it is expected to be their permanent office. Also, Adam expressed his intention to become the leading conveyancer in the East Midlands. Not only this, the firm would ensure a stress-free experience for its customers by working on various aspects. He said that apart from conveyancing services, the firm would focus on streamlining services namely adopting e-signatures and providing digital services to its customers.

The expansion of the East Midlands’ Conveyancers hints at the fact that this industry has been growing at a massive rate. Many firms have made their name by supplying their services related to property conveyancing to people. My conveyancing specialist is one such firm which has been popular for providing property conveyancing services in Bristol.

The new offices are designed and refurbished by APSS, a Lincoln-based firm. There are breakout areas and private client meeting spaces in the new offices. Apart from this, these offices have a living hall, contemporary lighting and information screens. All these things simply add to the beauty of the place. Lightning and New signage installation had been done by Lincoln’s Allen Signs.
